I have never done yoga, can I still take a class?

Of course! Most of our classes are designed to be all levels and offer variations for beginners and advanced yogis. Always take the class at your own pace, listen to your body and ask questions.


What if I am not flexible?

You don’t have to be flexible to start doing yoga. Yoga promotes flexibility, strength and overall well being. Think about how often you either sit at a desk, in your car or at home. Yoga lengthens and expands muscles while helping you release toxins that build up in your body over time. Becoming more flexible is a great benefit of yoga, but the ultimate goal is to live more powerfully in mind, body and spirit.

Where do I park?

 

There is street parking on Main St just out front of the building. There is also parking behind the studio via Bunker Ave or across Water St in the Municipal lot.
