Breathe & Flow: A yoga flow class in which the breath guides the movement of the body. The mind becomes focused on the breath, as the body moves through a specific series of poses. Attention is placed on the journey of the movements. Get moving with an energetic blend of Yoga Asana providing strength, flexibility & peace of mind. All Levels welcome!
Buti Yoga: This is a dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. You will leave with a full body workout and all new self confidence!
Community Class: We believe that yoga should be accessible to all walks of life! This class was created for those new to yoga to explore the benefits of vinyasa flow yoga and learn in a safe environment free of judgement.
Dynamic Stretch & Flow: This class incorporates an ebb and flow of deep stretching and traditional yoga poses. This slow flow is demanding yet meditative with the intention to create internal warmth through the rhythm of each inhale and exhale.
Gentle Flow: This class is for beginners through intermediate students. This is a slow flow class that features breathing techniques and moving with intention. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is also a great class for those who are new to yoga or for students with injuries or limitations.
Power Flow: A fitness-based approach to a Vinyasa style flow. There is a focus on linking breath with movement in a vigorous and mindful way. Power yoga builds strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.
Power Yin Yoga: “Power” refers to the depth and length of time postures are held. “Yin” refers to the quality of softness and opening that is encouraged through every breath. Power Yin Yoga combines these two elements to find physical intensity in the depth and length of time holding postures while experiencing a restorative, and meditative practice. This is a deeply satisfying practice that leaves you with a uniquely alive and grateful feeling in your body and mind.
Rasamaya Flow: Rasamaya literally translates as "fluid" in Sanskrit, and the philosophy system is centered around the concept of finding a fluid life both on and off your mat. This yoga system moves from deep relaxation lying down to seated, kneeling and standing postures before moving back down again to a final relaxation lying down. All classes incorporate strengthening for the body, and spinal integrity as a central component.
Restorative Flow: A meditation experience for both the mind and body! Restorative yoga poses require little or no muscular exertion; each post is held for several minutes with or without the use of props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks). This is a practice of silence, stillness, and inner awareness. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
Vinyasa Flow: In this class you will link breathing with intentional movement. In a Vinyasa class, you will grow strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun environment.
